I started my career building web interfaces in Lahore, and over the years grew into leading design strategy at Punjab’s Information Technology Board. There I led UX across 10+ platforms, from police operations to employment services to environmental monitoring — systems used by over 20 million people.
What that taught me was how to find clarity inside systems that resist it. Stakeholders with competing priorities, legacy constraints, scale that doesn’t forgive sloppy decisions — these are the conditions I do my best work in. I’m now based in Gothenburg, looking for the next set of problems worth solving carefully.
