RESEARCH

Design decisions were shaped by direct input from field teams and operational leads. Surveys, persona mapping, and structured exercises revealed gaps in navigation, task flow, and situational awareness. These insights guided early wireframes and helped prioritize features that mattered most in high-pressure scenarios.

DESIGN

The interface was crafted to support rapid action—whether tracking vehicles, deploying teams, or logging incidents. High-fidelity prototypes integrated Facial Recognition, ANPR, and live map views, while the dashboard was tailored for clarity and speed. Every component was tested against real workflows to ensure it could handle the pace and complexity of live operations.

Testing

Usability was measured through structured evaluations and hands-on feedback from stakeholders. Iterative refinements focused on simplifying navigation, improving feature visibility, and aligning the system with actual field behavior. The final product delivered a smooth, intuitive experience that held up under pressure and earned trust from its users.
