RESEARCH
Grounded in stakeholder interviews and user journey mapping, the research phase surfaced key friction points—especially on mobile—and informed a strategy to simplify access, restructure content, and reinforce public value.
DESIGN
The redesign introduced mobile-first layouts, unified visual language, and modular content blocks, elevating clarity, trust, and consistency across platforms. Contrast, hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design were prioritized to deliver a structured, intuitive experience tailored to user needs and context.

While the project leaned on design-centric prototyping and stakeholder feedback over formal development testing, continuous iteration ensured each interface felt intuitive, responsive, and aligned with real-world needs.
CONCEPT
The core idea centered on simplifying user interaction and enhancing accessibility to public services. By adopting a mobile-first approach and reorganizing dense content into intuitive modules, the design emphasized clarity, trust, and relevance. It was shaped to support quick comprehension, reduce barriers to engagement, and reflect the evolving digital behaviors of its audience.
