Public Service Delivery Platform
A redesigned employment experience for Punjab — The platform transforms how candidates discover opportunities and how recruiters manage hiring. With a mobile-first interface, intuitive job cards, and a centralized recruitment module, it simplifies navigation, improves communication, and accelerates decision-making—empowering users across devices and departments..
Initial exploration of the existing portal revealed major usability gaps—especially around navigation, mobile responsiveness, and application tracking. By analyzing user flows and platform behavior, we pinpointed where candidates struggled and where recruiters faced inefficiencies, laying the groundwork for a more focused, task-oriented experience.
The new system introduced a clean, mobile-first interface with visually structured job cards and a centralized dashboard for recruiters. Layouts were simplified, filters made intuitive, and modules built to support quick decision-making. Every element was designed to reduce effort, improve clarity, and support real-world hiring needs.
Refinements were driven by hands-on feedback and usage patterns. From adjusting job card layouts to optimizing recruiter workflows, each update responded to practical challenges and user behavior—resulting in a platform that feels responsive, purposeful, and easy to navigate.
The redesign focused on making employment services more usable, responsive, and aligned with how people search for jobs today. By introducing a mobile-first interface, simplifying navigation, and centralizing recruiter tools, the platform shifted from a fragmented experience to one that supports quick action, clear communication, and flexible access across devices. Every design choice aimed to reduce effort, improve visibility, and create a smoother path between candidates and opportunities.
